Jeep Exhaust Systems
Maximize your engine's exhaust flow Because your Jeep has a team of horses baying to be unleashed. Stock exhaust systems are designed simply to provide a conduit for spent gases to move from your engine to your tailpipe - no more, no less. Expell spent gases faster That's where the exhaust system comes into action. The spent gases are exhaled, traveling out of the engine through your exhaust manifold, and they eventually exit out the back of your Jeep. The problem with stock exhaust systems is that they are not optimized for the best possible flow. Auto manufacturers spend much more time thinking about the shape and placement of your air vents than they do planning your exhaust pipes. What's the result of their neglect? Your motor has to work harder during combustion, which robs you of valuable horsepower, torque and fuel economy. A performance exhaust system will harness the potential power that your engine is wasting because of its inefficient stock exhaust.
Jeep Exhaust, Catalytic Converter, Exhaust Manifold, Exhaust Pipe ...
On a vehicle that provides the maximum 4x4 experience to every person behind its steering wheel, the need for the best and the toughest parts are indeed a must. It is because an all-terrain vehicle with the specialty to withstand the rugged terrain imaginable suffers too much. Like the Jeep that aspires to create the meanest 4x4 vehicle on and off-land, every part must posses the right configuration. An internal combustion engine is basically an air pump. With the right combination of air and gas, the engine could move the vehicle. After the air and gas burn inside the engine, the process called exhaust is next. An exhaust is a series of pipes that links the engine to a silencer and a catalytic converter and brings the exhaust gas outside the vehicle. Jeep Exhaust The exhaust system is composed of exhaust pipes located at the back of the car. Every car for each car model differs in exhaust pipes. The exhaust manifold, another part of the system acts like a funnel. It accumulates exhaust gases from all cylinders of the engine. Afterwards, it releases them through a single opening, often referred to as the front pipe. The exhaust center works with the silencer to minimize the noise. It contains metal plates or tubes that have a series of holes bored into them. The tail pipe carries the gas away from the vehicle.
